Initially the salesman I spoke to gave us false information regarding the lead time for the car.
We spoke to John Mason who went out of his way to resolve the problem.
Ideally we wouldn't have had that problem in the first place, but I understand it happens and appreciate that it was resolved so well.
Initial salesman was poor, but John did well to pull it back.

I would recommend the Volkswagen van centre. Our contact throughout the purchasing process was Simon. He did everything to ensure that we was satisfied with our purchase. Even after the purchase when we went to collect the vehicle Simon was keen to show and talk us through all of the settings he even recommend the best ones for us.
